: 1. To introduce and promote brand among target audience including salons, GTs, MTs etc. 2. Travel across India to meet potential clients 3. Develop business strategies for Business Expansion and optimize profitability 4. Build relationships with Distributors, Retailers, Salon Owners in-line with business goals 5. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff 6. Managing stock and shrinkages at store level. 7. Liaising with the management for any promotional events or activities at the stores. 8. Managing Distributors to ensure timely market coverage 9. Product and Customer promotion campaigns, Market research, maintaining market share. 10. Responsible for appointing distributor in new potential areas. 11. Co-ordination with all internal teams and departments for all the planning, execution and processes. Job Requirements : 1. Strong Managerial skills with ability to convince 2.
