The Marketing GMDP is a newly created program in Latin America responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment between the organization’s goals and the development of marketing campaigns, programs, playbooks and strategic planning to meet those objectives. Additionally, this individual will ensure the delivery of compelling marketing assets implemented to meet strategic priorities and the tactical needs for promoting Pall and Sciex offerings and services.

The candidate will also be responsible for developing and executing the communication and operations strategies for product launches and campaigns, set and monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure desirable ROI and report key metrics on a monthly basis, including MQL, SQL, Funnel Additions and Marketing Generated Revenue.

In this role, the candidate will interface with internal stakeholders including global Product Management, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Sales and assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (strategic approach, research, data mining, content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.). Additionally, s/he will be responsible for collaborating/influencing leads to execute the requirements and measure results.

You will receive training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on their teams. This support includes a partner from your local office or practice assigned to you to help guide your career, helping you to develop your skills and build your network. Since you will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop/communicate recommendations, you'll also have the opportunity to present results to the leadership and implement your recommendations in collaboration with client team members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with leadership to support the organization’s growth by developing content marketing and demand generation strategies that drive awareness and engagement cross-OpCo and business units
  • Lead projects to develop marketing strategies, campaigns and supporting material
  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods. Experience in B2B marketing – online and live – highly desired
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics, tools and resources to conduct market research to identify growth projections, competition, macro and micro trends and company performance
  • Build Mekko maps and segmentation standards
  • Comfortable on managing pricing projects and developing/re-structuring commercial policies
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Develop/support the development of zero-base budget, planning and reporting
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic and external events calendar to drive awareness with new prospects and accelerate existing opportunities
  • Previous experience with SAP, CRM, Marketo or other content management system (CMS) is required
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong academic qualifications, with an advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, Ph.D., etc.) in Marketing, Administration or equivalent
  • 5+ years of hands-on work experience in operational or strategic marketing with the end or industry customers, or comparable experience in marketing
  • Fluent in English and Spanish languages
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize a must
  • Comfortable working with business, marketing and life sciences stakeholders. Exceptional communication and writing skills, ability to communicate with senior marketing leaders and C-level executives
  • Flexible to travel for work, across Latin America and other regions
  • Data-driven thinker, well-organized and detail oriented
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • MS Office proficient, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferable Life Sciences Industry experience
