Based in our Bunbury office you will be responsible for the sales performance of Fire Training, Fixed I&T and Fire Products and development of new commercial & mining clients across Southwest WA. This will include all aspects of sales and marketing for the market segments and product groups in consultation with the Branch Manager and National Sales Manager.
Some of your duties will include:
Targeting new and potential customers
Educate customer on fire safety system regulations and changing technology-based solutions and the value to our customers business
Report on broader market opportunities for Chubb.
Effectively communicate with the customer and in particularly show the highest levels of responsiveness to client requirements
Customer call Routines to be established and maintained for all potential customers
Prepare prospect client pipeline
Initiate sales quotes via isales
Prepare customer tender submissions
Work closely with the Operations and Service Departments to provide excellent customer service, this includes customer satisfaction monitoring and improvement goals.
You will need:
Must have at least 3 years Sales experience in either Account Management or BDM
Must have a minimum of 2yrs experience in Fire industry
Mining industry experience would be preferred
Technical knowledge of products and ability to sell on product features
Proven performance to regularly meet and exceed sales targets.
