*What you will do*
Gallup has a remarkable reputation for looking for someone who can manage these high-performers. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building out new mid-market accounts, listening to the needs of the market to educate and strategize with the marketing and sales teams. You will take the lead in reaching out to business executives and finding fertile ground in your uncharted territory. Once your territory is established, you will be an integral part of the selection decision, coaching and training for a few additional sales people. Ultimately, their success is your success. Ideal candidates are effective sales people themselves – and have already walked side by side with others to help them reach and exceed their revenue goals.

*What you need*
* Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is a plus
* Track record of successful sales, with 3 years of B2B sales experience
* At least 3 to 5 years of business development management experience, managing a team of five quota carrying salespeople that you partnered closely with to close deals
