Are you the person we are looking for?

We are looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our Inside Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for to develop your sales career in a global software & services company with industry leading products and training. You will:

  • Achieve monthly quotas of meetings set and opportunities qualified.
  • Qualify leads based on the BANT methodology and work closely with the Territory Account Manager to ensure well qualified leads convert into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct various pre-defined call-out programs to drive product and services awareness, generating leads and qualifying them through to opportunities for warm transfer to the Territory Account Manager.
  • Utilize Social Selling tools & techniques.
  • Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value of our Software & Services solutions in addressing these needs.
  • Maintain accurate and current information on your prospects and interaction activities in the CRM system.
  • Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of BlackBerry software & services and marketing messaging to communicate the value proposition in a clear and compelling way.

You will have:

  • A Degree/diploma looking for your first sales role within a global software & services organization
  • An interest in technology and be intrigued by creative ways to improve the mobile experience
  • A commitment to help enable achievement of targets, with a resilient attitude and work ethic
  • The ability to succeed within a highly dynamic sales organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a can-do approach to resolving challenges
  • Native Swedish, Danish or Norwegian speaker

We would like if you have a broad knowledge/interest of mobile enterprise software, unified communications and the Internet of Things (IoT) but it's not a must. Our Sales Enablement team will provide you with the training, tools & resources so you are set for success.
