We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Business Development Team. We need help connecting with new prospective customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones, as well as building a strong sales funnel.

The Business Development Representative is a specialized, highly trained & skilled member of the Sales team who will capitalize on marketing campaigns, OEM Field Team referrals and current relationships to drive lead generation and successfully acquire new business.

You have experience working in a sales driven contact centre in the past, at least 2-years’ of experience, and were successful at it. You possess a professional and enthusiastic disposition.   • Business Development and Inside Sales of Dealer-FX solutions
  • Generating leads from existing and new prospects (inbound and outbound) by identifying areas of opportunity (breadth and depth penetration) and supporting the company’s current dealer and manufacturer programs.
  • Building quotations and proposals
  • Collaborating with peers regarding issues and solutions and escalating issues as required
  • Monitoring all of the metrics associated with Dealer-FX’s sales and leads targets
  • Tracking and reporting performance
  • Providing guidance, support and feedback for new programs
  • Conducting monthly and quarterly business reviews with Dealer-FX management
  • Strategically prospect new client relationships via telephone cold and warm calling from lists and research
  • Perform web based demonstrations of Dealer-FX solutions for the purpose of winning the sale
  • Qualify leads based on specific guidelines and criteria, while working in a CRM
  • Book qualified demos & site visits for field sales team to meet monthly sales quota goal
  • Practice pipeline management and follow up skills

  • College diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years relevant experience in an outbound sales role
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps products
  • Superior customer service and relationship management skills
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette
  • Ability to independently solve problems & make decisions
