Business Development Representative

Full-time

We are looking for an expert candidate in industrial segments that will allow the business to expand its coverage nationwide.

The candidate must demonstrate experience in industrial segments, Energy, Manufacturing & Precessing or High Value Infrastructure. The candidate's experience in the Subsegments of Food & Beverage, Pharma, Data Centers, Electric vehicle/battery and Semiconductors will be taken into account.

  • Achieve growth in sales and profit in the Energy, Manufactoring & Processing or High Value Infrastructure Segment in accordance with Operating Plan goals to secure business growth.
  • Being accountable for developing and driving sales in a specific geography and/or Market Segment.
  • Prospecting new business and making sales calls to accounts for the purpose of selling to customers in the specific geography and/or market segment.
  • Collect reliable customer/territory information and estimate individual customer potential.
  • Develop weekly selling plan and conduct sales calls accordingly.
  • Determine where customer is in the overall selling process and what steps are necessary to move the process along.
  • Conduct product demos to support the selling process.
  • Support customers' application requirements.
  • Identify sources of sales leads and follow through on leads provided by store/facility personnel as appropriate.
  • Manage customer complaints within lines of authority and manage process to resolution.

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

  • Previous business development experience
  • Bachelor`s degree
  • Preferred:
  • Advanced English proficiency

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • Ability to maintain a discipline in pre-call planning daily and monthly activity to ensure time is maximized and the business plan is being executed.
  • Proven record of achieving sales growth on the specific market segment(s) successfully serving the New Construction/Expansion Projects (Large Opportunities/Accounts) and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) (Fragmented Opportunities/Accounts).
  • Knowledge of and capable of using sales excellence methods in sales calls and time management.
  • Ability to evaluate growth and improvement opportunities and establish a strategic direction taking into consideration resources, constraints, and organizational values.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including professional presence and exhibiting confidence with customers.
  • Identify, develop and capture new business opportunities by presenting compelling customized solutions.
  • Deliver sales and profit as defined in the budget for the segment in charge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to effectively communicate and influence
  • Best-in-class Sales Execution and Negotiation of trading terms with customers and value selling.
  • Keep up tracking on trade conditions and competitor activity to revise and develop strategies to meet changing customer requirements of the specific market segment.
  • Partner with Technical team to deal with major complaints, complex claims, and other problems.
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction level (quality, technical, delivery time) within the market segment.
