NetBrain Technologies is experiencing unprecedented growth and we are expanding our Sales Teams in our London office. We are seeking high-energy Business Development Reps to work with prospective clients. This is an opportunity to get into a leading company in an exploding market with tremendous potential. As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for qualifying marketing leads and prospecting into target accounts. Working closely with our sale team, you will call into companies to identify individuals who are candidates for our solution, introduce them to NetBrains's products and set follow up meetings or web based demonstrations for you and your counterpart Account Executive.
This role requires a motivated self-starter capable of making things happen and delivering results. This is an outbound lead qualification position - you must be comfortable on the phone and motivated to contact prospects via multiple methods in order to achieve your targets. The Business Development Representative hired needs to be hands-on, results-oriented, metrics driven and pragmatic.


  • You must be positive, flexible, willing to learn, and constantly push yourself to succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and an outgoing, energetic presence
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or CRM is an advantage
  • Demonstrated work ethic and consistent track record of over achievement including initiative to prospect calls
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to adapt, contribute and succeed in a fast paced, rapidly changing, early stage company environment
  • Undergraduate degree and 1-2 years experince in outbound sales
  • Any experience in business development or inside sales is an advantage but training will be provided
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in sales

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly & annual quota
  • Identify, process, and qualify leads into sales opportunities
  • Support a variety of outbound marketing programs
  • Develop qualified leads by researching, profiling, cold calling, and networking targeted companies/contacts
  • Be comfortable and proficient in identifying key decision makers across various organizations inside our ideal customer profile and uncovering the compelling events that will drive qualified opportunities for our sales organization
  • Be confident in positioning our value proposition from the operator level to the executive level
  • Manage a large and growing database of leads in Salesforce.com, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline
  • Transition qualified leads to the appropriate Account Executive
