As PQ Business Development
Representative, you will be required to effectively increase PQ service sales
aligned with Eaton strategy and growth expectations in Africa.
You will
work within the ICPD/PDC Sales Team and will report to the Sales Manager, ICPD/PDC.

Your main duties :
+ Negotiate
and finalize maintenance agreements for PQ product across Africa
+ Manage
and sell service contracts in Africa ensuring profitable long term service
growth in Africa
+ Maintain
contracted customer relations.
+ Research,
develop and introduce new service offerings to the market.
+ Offer
detailed replacement solutions
+ Complete
site Audits and subsequently provide comprehensive reports and service
solutions
+ Compile
and manage RSA & Africa customer (and install base) database
+ Create
strategic pricing policies for service in RSA & Africa and manage price realization.
+ Communication/presentation
of results, strategies, actions to leadership
+ Identify
and develop strategies for future business growth.
QualificationsWhat we are looking for:
Required:
+ 3 - 5 years of experience in the Electrical industry (knowledge of UPS systems would be an advantage)
+ Dynamic and can adapt to change when circumstances require it. Must be able to handle stressful situations.
+ Experience in contract negotiation & finalisation. Contract qualification experience a necessity
+ Experience in Electrical protection equipment
+ Proven track record of achieving business success project management.
+ Strong ability to interpret common technical catalogues, financial reports, and legal documents such as contracts and partner agreements.

Desired:
+ Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to communicate across different cultures / geographic regions
+ Ability to operate independently, with no or little supervision.
