Get to know the role:

As a Business Development Senior Executive for GrabFood, you will assist the BD Manager in building valuable and long-lasting partnerships with Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and large F&B chains. These partnerships are intended to secure strategic competitive advantage for Grab, leveraging the joint strength of Grab and partners.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Assist with the planning and execution go the GrabFood partnership strategy

  • Work with data to come up with partnership models and content

  • Engage prioritised partners for discussion, structuring and negotiation

  • Work closely with internal product team and marketing operations team to execute deals

  • Engage with Partnership counterparts in leading F&B brands

  • Collaborate with country BD team to align on strategy and partnership targets

The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business, management or marketing)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience

  • F&B industry background is an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English

  • Microsoft Office skills are required (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. Powerpoint)

  • A highly independent individual with excellent team-working skills

  • Ability to build good relationships with partners and match partners’ needs and organisation resources to grow the GrabFood business

  • Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to assist in complex, multi-faceted deals

  • Energetic, enthusiastic and calm even in a dynamic and fast paced environment

  • Excellent time management and communication skills
