  • In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • support master data management and data quality improvement. Responsible for quality, insightful and real time reporting and analysis as per the scope describe below.

  • Fulfill the internal customer report requirement for business decision making.

  • Interactions and reporting responsibilities to senior management and executives

You are responsible for

  • Understands the data rules for the market cross capabilities. Support the analytic needs cross functions by analyzing various sources of data (Customer Dictionary, cCRM, SAP, DMS etc.)

  • Takes ownership to organize data preparation and business validation in data migration, mainly focusing on customer list maintenance and engaging with market key users. Maintain master data for variance systems.

  • Provide data support on key global and local initiative, such like Customer Dictionary, cCRM, DMS, F2P, CPQ.

  • Use standard tools, such as Excel, Tableau, Access, to produce reports relating to outcomes

  • Create holistic dashboards by pulling data from different sources and systems for presentations to senior management team

  • Collaborate with internal team and external partners such as agencies to assist with data collection and reporting, develop, analyze and implement KPIs (weekly/monthly)

  • Provide report training and instruction to key users upon request

  • Develop reports/analyses on both a monthly and ad hoc basis.◦Daily, Weekly, monthly, ad hoc reports (excel, BI tools, ppt).

  • Senior management dashboards development

  • Data consolidation and validation

  • Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for business leaders

You are a part of

Commercial and Operation Planning Team in health System China. Report to Senior Commercial Operation Planning Manager, base in shanghai.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

a) Education学历: Bachelor's degree in majoring in business or economics and with strong data analytics capability.

b) Experience工作经验: At least four years’ experience in finance analytics and customer database analytics, with strong business/marketing related mission; Proven track record in generating insights from data to improve performances or processes.

c) Travel Frequency出差频率:25%

d) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with very strong Excel skills, experience using, Access, SQL, Tableau

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management

  • Resolves disagreements and conflicts constructively, knows when to involve others

  • Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team
