What will you be engaged in?
Manage and drive major strategic projects to improve Business Metrics and take responsibility for cost efficiency and Revenue management across the country
Lead Commercial projects & process mapping, from conceptualization to completion, to build or re-engineer business models, tools and processes.
Coordinate with HQ business Intelligence and manage internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the smooth delivery of strategic projects
Take ownership of the Promotional, CRM activities and marketing performance across multiple communication channels such as Digital, offline, app push notification, web push notification and SMS
Analyse the Revenue flows, processes and large datasets to gather process insights and propose process improvement ideas for Trevo across cities
Responsible for optimizing Trevo customer acquisition funnel. Work closely with Marketing and Tech teams to Create, produce and implement creative digital marketing campaigns and strategies
Work across different departments/functions (tech, pricing, finance, operations, marketing, customer experience) and different services (TBM, Trevo) and also on high impact projects and support business expansion initiatives
Develop data science techniques to answer the appropriate business problems using R or Python.
Part of the internal consulting function, develop strategy and initiatives to support pricing coverage and competitiveness
Plan out, manage and optimise engagement strategies for new acquisition and retention programs

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or the equivalent. Candidates with Post-Graduate degree (i.e. Masters / MBA) are highly encouraged to apply.
3-5 years of experience in strategy / consulting / analytical / project management roles; experience in e-commerce, Start-ups or Unicorns or entrepreneur experience preferred
Must have SQL/PostgreSQL Experience.
Familiar with Python, NoSQL , R and ML algorithms (this will be a plus)
In-depth knowledge of BI tools and creating dashboards
Excellent reporting and analytical skills, including carrying out weekly and monthly reporting
Candidates without prior experience in the mobility sector are still encouraged to apply. However, candidates should be a self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, have the willingness to go beyond their comfort zone to learn new things and adapt to changes quickly.
Ability to identify/implement process and system enhancements
Creative, data-oriented and results-driven
Must have a collaborative approach to problem-solving and be able to work under pressure, with tight deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can align business objectives with product priorities
