Business Management Associate Trainee: Accounts Payable Job Description Our Business Management Services Support team is responsible for providing both individual and corporate clients with the necessary client management functions to properly complete deliverables; together with helping manage the global business in its accounting, finance, marketing, sales and customer service requirements. Liaise with clients on an ongoing basis; promote and develop superior client experience Lead the accounts payable function utilising QuickBooks Online, together with e-mail handling and correspondence Help coordinate schedules and meetings internally and with clients Prepare and manage business management client invoices and payables in Quickbooks Manage incoming and outgoing exchange of sensitive client financial information Organize and maintain client databases Provide customer service support for client inquiries and in-person meetings Support the Administrative Manager in various technology platform maintenance and upkeep Support team members in various administrative tasks ranging from scanning, bookkeeping, fundamental tax calculations and accounting software maintenance Job Qualifications Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications graduate with at least 3 years experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop excellent client relations; adaptability to online and technology tools; ability to plan and manage own time Flexibility with work schedules and servicing global clients Work from home arrangements
