Job Role :
· Working as Regional Sales Manager in respective Region
· To drive self and team for Client Acquisition for Home Finance through internal x-sell channels.
· To be alert on competitive elements in the target segment and augment the presence and penetration of kotak brand in target segment
· Relevant experience of more than 10 years in mortgage business, preferably in local market
· Prior experience of handling and driving teams is preferred
· Good Influential and relationship management skills
