The role of National Business Manager (NBM) is the
primary Kellogg leader with the customer and is responsible for the overall
implementation of trade strategy with the Coles business across all equities,
leading the national account team to drive win/win outcomes for both
parties. You will set the direction for
all aspects of customer execution, promotional programs, range management,
customer marketing and sales planning.
_Key responsibilities include:_

+ Delivery of company targets of volume, NetSales Value, Gross Profit and Operating Profit and market share across bothcereal and snacks
+ Setting direction for promotional programs,range management, customer marketing and sales planning
+ Develop new line launch plans with the Colesteam to ensure speed to market on new lines, stock weight to store andlong-term success of our innovation
+ Ensure all key Kellogg stakeholders working onthe Coles account are aligned, understand the strategy and always deliveragainst the key metric of profitable growth
+ Ensure accurate forecasting of the cereal andsnacks business via the sales planning resource with a 12 month outlook
+ Ensure regular and consistent communicationbetween Kellogg’s and Coles to achieve effective implementation of plans,reporting of results and forecasts of future plans
+ End-to-end team management and development
_Skills, experience & attributes sought:_

+ Degreequalified in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
+ Nationalsales and account management experience with a major account like Coles
+ Successfulpeople leader with extensive experience of leading, driving and developing ateam to achieve business and individual objectives
+ Excellent Account Management skills, alongside solidleadership ability, have strategic vision, and are able to plan and executewith excellence.
+ Ability to influence and drive cross functionalalignment
+ Self-motivated with strong organisation and planningskills
+ Exceptionalnegotiating and influencing skills
+ Computerliteracy is a pre-requisite (sufficient proficiency in all MS officeapplications as well as SAP, BW, AZTEC and Nielsen modules).
