Position Description:
The Partner Business Manager is part of a team who defines, develops and executes on the growth strategy derived from SAP Concur’s synergy with the broader SAP ANZ business; focused on monetizing SAP Concur’s business platform in Australia. Reporting to the SMN business leader, this individual specifically manages efforts to build, nurture and deepen relationships between SAP and SAP Concur’s sales organizations to promote SAP Concur pipeline and revenue growth in a Better Together approach.
Responsibilities:
+ In close collaboration with SAP ANZ and SAP Concur Australia’s senior leadership, develops, aligns and executes market/territory operating plan to maximize pipeline and revenue growth via SAP referrals and SAP market/territory engagement for SAP Concur’s services
+ Responsible for SAP pipeline development; driving to SAP Concur’s expectation of pipeline multipliers, and leveraging SAP marketing and business development resources and tool
+ Responsible for Program Awareness, Execution, Update, Review and Refine.
+ Drive SAP Field teams to become self-sufficient in their respective market via defining the focused Adoption Program holding a premium on: Exec relation, strategy, plan definition & execution of the regional / hub Business Plan, Sales and Presales Enablement Plan, Presales Demo Readiness and overall drive of SAP customers' Cloud Transformation message on Concur.
Qualifications:
+ BA/BS or equivalent experience.
+ 5 years’ experience in alliance management, sales, market or channel.
Competencies and Skills:
+ Strategy Development and Execution: Business plan development, documentation, communication and implementation. Business Development and Revenue Generation: Quantifiable programs, partnerships, deals and processes Community of Practice/Capability: establish operations and governance, syndicate business planning and execution capabilities.
+ Able to deliver clear, convincing and well-organized presentations. Project credibility even in highly visible and/or adversarial situations.
+ Knows how businesses work; knowledgeable about current and possible future policies, practices, trends and information affecting the business; knows the competition; is aware of how strategic and tactics work in the marketplace.
+ Able to plan, organize and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
+ Knowledgeable about how organizations work; knows how to get things done through formal and informal channels; understands the origin and reasoning behind key policies, practices and procedures; understands cultures of organizations. Marshal resources effectively and efficiently (people, funding, materials, support).
