About The Job
We are looking for a smart, fun and energetic People Business Partner/ Office Manager based in Melbourne who is looking to take the next step in their career in our Australia office! You’ll be challenged to push boundaries, make a significant difference and recommend bold actions to solve tough business problems. A big part of your day-to-day will involve being the key People representative for our Superstars in the AU region, supporting them and the business on both operational and developmental needs. You will get creative and be hands-on in overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle from Day 0 to exit, ensuring that our people are set up for success in their roles, while also having an exceptional experience as a Superstar.
You will also be an ambassador of our core values and responsible for ensuring that our Superstars are engaged and aligned with both our values and policies, providing a seamless experience when relaying information or activities from global HQ in Singapore. You will be responsible for every aspect of facilities management relating to our AU office, managing contracts and suppliers as well as leading cultural engagement initiatives.
Reporting to the Global People Director based in Singapore, this role provides tremendous opportunity for the right candidate: to capture the energy and rapid pace of a fast growing start-up, while being responsible for a sizeable and growing part of our global footprint.
