The Position:
Pega has a robust and innovative Human Resources department that is growing. This is your opportunity to support our local and regional teams and make an impact as Regional Talent Advisory Business Partner for the Benelux and Nordics region. We are looking for a high caliber individual who is excited about HR, working out of our Amsterdam office and reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, EMEA, who is based in the UK. Whilst part of a broader HR team, this role is stand alone in region and support all people managers and employees in the regions. This role will also be working closely with the strategic Global Talent Advisor Business Leader align to the Sales and Consulting organisation.
This role will support our local and regional teams and make an impact as Regional Talent Advisory Business Partner for the Benelux and Nordics region. Whilst part of a broader HR team, this role will act as the primary strategic interface between the Global Talent Advisor Business Leader and the Sales and Consulting organisation. With a strong HR generalist background, they will execute on all areas of the HR lifecycle and talent program delivery. This role will work closely with the Talent Attraction function to ensure a holistic view of both internal and external talents. They will ensure a consistent approach with the ability to contribute to the development of the team across EMEA as well as delivering in a standalone capacity.
In this role, you will:
* Partner with the business units to identify and address the HR needs and issues.
* Act as the employee relations representative and use the insight to help develop appropriate HR solutions.
* Execute HR solutions that address the most critical organizational and personnel issues.
* Build appropriate organisational relationships to enable a collaborative partnership with management and employees.
* Understand the business and collaboratively manage the design, delivery and evaluation) of HR programmes that support corporate initiatives and promote a performance management culture.
* Consult with management as a trusted HR advisor.
* Role model the HR Operating Principles
* Support the job development of all new roles. Facilitating the global group of hiring managers to ensure universal job descriptions, career paths, and management expectations.
* Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes to maximize the levels of efficiency, effectiveness and compliance.
* Work with the HR Director on recognition programmes and Company events which support cultural and employee commitment.

The Person:
We are looking for an exceptional person with a strong HR generalist background, a genuine passion for all areas of the HR lifecycle and talent program delivery. This role will work closely with the Talent Attraction function to ensure a holistic view of both internal and external talents. They will ensure a consistent approach with the ability to contribute to the development of the team across EMEA as well as delivering in a standalone capacity.
Qualifications include:
* 12-15+ years of relevant experience.
* Degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification with relevant work experience in HR,
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, in both verbally and written communication. Swedish would be advantageous.
* Solid experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point,
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Outstanding interpersonal skills as the front line contact for various stakeholders,
* Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
* Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
* Leveraging prior experience in supporting Induction, organisational development, performance management, and talent assessment to be a successful regional HR advisor.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Fluency in English and Dutch is essential. Swedish would be advantageous.
* Working knowledge of Benelux and Nordics and EU employment laws and regulations (including Works Council).
* Demonstrable HR experience preferably in a global Tech or consulting business, matrixed organisation.
* Experience in integrated HR advisory roles from hire to retire.
* Advisory experience within a busy complex environment with the ability to plan and conduct multiple projects at any one time.
* Conflict management skills with the ability to work autonomously and exhibit a professional demeanor to internal and external clients.
* A flexible approach, and very strong organisation and time management skills,
* Comfortable responding to a broad range of queries on a day to day basis, a true generalis
