Tractionites come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
  • 4+ years of supporting experience of enterprise systems including CRM, SFA, and ERP
  • A customer advocate with excellent listening skills to fully understand customer requirements and pain points
  • Experience with to Salesforce.com configuration and custom development, knowledge of Salesforce.com platform,
  • Workflow, Visual force, Apex triggers, Flex, SOQL, Controllers, Triggers, Force.com IDE, Migration Tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector) and Web Services
  • Proven presentation and communication skills with client executives
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, while working in a fast-paced environment
  • A thorough understanding of B2B marketing/sales pipeline practices and KPIs
  • Experience working with global teams within tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive communicator
  • Drives client work deliverables and cases to completion
  • Experience within managed services team is valued

What You Will Be Doing

  • Triaging requests Traction Extend’s case management from Traction Extend consultants
  • Building, solutioning and proposing solutions to Traction Extend clients and consultants
  • Supporting Traction Extend’s consultants in North America, remotely in Jaipur through configuration, build and requirements gathering work
  • Managing a portfolio of projects and accounts for Traction Extend as required
  • Presenting and managing client meetings as required
  • Gather and document detailed requirements to support solution design as required
  • Provide information to clients around best practices in the CRM, ERP and business process space
  • Providing direction on build and configuration to Extend team developers and staff
  • Helping mentor junior consultants within the Extend team as required
