Our Technical Operations team forms a key unit as the coordination and control team of our Tech department. They are responsible for driving structural improvement to technology services across the business. As technical engineers they aren’t afraid to get our hands dirty, but are mindful not to get lost in details either.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of a team that coordinates tech-wide projects, such as firm-wide implementation of new compliance requirements, the technical integration of satellite offices in our infrastructure or adjustment of our trading set-up to new exchange protocols. You’ll work closely with developers and the infrastructure team in these projects.
TechOps also keeps a close eye on the day-to-day execution of our technology processes such as incident and change management. You will help the team spot and implement improvements that work in an environment where change is the norm, perform regular checks and deep dives to identify areas of improvement, and confirm we’re executing our controls properly.

You need to be a pragmatic thinker with strong communication skills, which you can adapt when interacting with people from different departments. You use your computer science skill set and experience to understand how systems interact, and quickly spot architectural improvements and imminent risks. You have attention to detail but can also zoom out to see the bigger picture.
