M&C Saatchi Melbourne are looking for an experienced Digital Campaign Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis, working on exciting digital campaigns for a tier 1 client.


You will be working on:

  • Email Marketing - plan, design, and execute email communications. Utilise deep understanding of how to segment the client database in order to execute end-to-end campaigns
  • Contribute and help evolve the agency’s process, to build best practice approaches
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of Campaign Services processes and documentation.
  • Set up and manage segmented, direct to consumer marketing campaigns in Eloqua & Salesforce
  • Work in partnership with the CRM Account Services team to build campaigns and workflows in Eloqua & Salesforce based on consumer insights
  • Execute trigger reporting: use the actionable insights from these reports to suggest changes to typology/business rules/workflows/content
  • Optimise the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control. Creating these campaigns in Eloqua & Salesforce. You may leverage existing templates or build new campaigns and workflows from scratch. This will require the coordination of content & digital assets from brands, and the building of selection criteria based on data, proofing/testing, scheduling and deployment
  • End to end campaign management across multi channels including email, mobile (SMS/Push), social/digital, while ensuring alignment to other channel activity across online and offline channels
  • Support Brand CRM objectives for both long-term and short-term strategies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues
  • Basic knowledge of code SQL and proficient with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JQuery.

Required:

  • Minimum 5 Years of email coding experience
  • Have 3+ years’ experience with an enterprise-level Marketing Automation Platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience or certification an advantage)
  • Campaign management experience either agency or in-house
  • Ability to think strategically, define short and long-term plans, and execute activities on a daily basis
  • Understanding of email design
  • Advanced experience in Indd & PSD.
  • Deep understanding of digital communication solutions & development technologies
  • An ideas generator
  • Understanding of customer lifecycles, acquisition, conversion, retention, cross and upsell
  • Analytical: Extracting client needs and requirements to scope opportunities
  • Strong ability to analyse results and derive actionable insights
  • Presentation and communication skills are vital to career progression as the developing the role will involve explaining campaign metrics, reporting and campaign planning to agency and client stakeholders.


Desirable:

  • Location preference in Melbourne, however can work remotely from the Sydney office.
  • Experience with forecasting, testing, data segmentation, and campaign tracking / analysis.
  • Experience building and executing end-to-end campaigns across email, web and mobile.
