The Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opportunity to lead the build-out of our newly created Early Careers recruiting team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced dynamic, team-oriented environment, providing a first class career opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to be part of a strategic build out of skills based recruiting model in the region along with managing the day to day divisional campus recruiting strategy and execution. The position includes extensive cross-divisional interaction with business managers, HCM professionals, senior stakeholders, candidates and offers an exciting long-term growth opportunity within HCM.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Lead a newly created skills based recruiting team to design, develop and execute recruiting strategies for candidates with 0-4 years of professional experience
- Execute a holistic analyst hiring strategy that includes a focus on diversity, sourcing, creative marketing for local and overseas candidates
- Partner closely with the business to launch a newly created Early Careers talent segment
- Keep abreast of and provide reporting on competitive landscape for specific functional skills across the firm
- Manage and lead a team, remain closely connected to the team as part of a global function, and drive successful end to end recruitment
- Responsible for helping to develop and execute strategies and initiatives designed to attract top campus talent for the firm’s businesses in Asia Pacific
- Provide an end to end campus recruitment service to our divisions
- Source and identify talent through creative and non-traditional avenues
- Ensure impartial and fair treatment of all applicants
- Work closely with other HCM functions to ensure seamless service to clients
- Support global and regional recruiting projects
- Responsible for candidate selection and care
- Provide management information and analysis on campus hiring activities
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 8 years of relevant experience; proven track record of recruiting end to end and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
- Expertise in recruiting for one or more revenue business within the Banking industry (e.g. Investment Banking, Markets, Investment Management etc.)
- Strong people management experience
- Proven track record of recruiting end to end for a revenue division
- Experience in recruiting across multiple jurisdictions in Asia
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; other Asian languages advantageous but not essential
- Strong client focus, service orientation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment, and execute without error across a wide range of competing demands
- Credibility to influence at the highest level within the division and firm
- Ability to create, share and communicate a compelling data analysis to influence outcomes with our stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive and passionate; proven track record of achieving results
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and operationally with a commercial mindset
- Ability to work with multiple audiences, while building strong personal networks across a complex, consensus-driven organization
- Ability to understand, dissect and analyze data to drive decisions and/or make recommendations
- Focused on data integrity
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized, attention to detail and excellent follow-through and delivery required
- Experience in recruiting across multiple jurisdictions in Asia
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment, and execute without error across a wide range of competing demands
- Bachelor’s degree
