We’re looking for a Vice President to join our Campus Recruiting Team in Hong Kong and use their skills and market knowledge to bring the best professionals into the firm

Campus Recruitment helps devise and execute the firm's entry level recruiting strategy, including building and maintaining relationships, marketing the firm to selected universities, facilitating the candidate offer and on campus acceptance process, and executing summer internship programs. Under the guidance of the head of Asia Pacific Campus Recruiting, this position is responsible for helping to develop and execute strategies and initiatives designed to attract top campus talent for the firm’s businesses in Asia Pacific. In addition, this person will be responsible for providing an end to end campus recruitment service of our divisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute local and overseas hiring strategies
  • Develop and manage relationships with university career centers, student clubs and faculty at target schools
  • Management of campus budget and metrics
  • Keep abreast of and provide reporting on competitive landscape
  • Accountable for diversity hiring initiatives
  • Ensure impartial and fair treatment of all applicants
  • Work closely with other HCM functions to ensure seamless service to clients
  • Support global and regional recruiting projects
  • Manage cross-divisional logistics for recruiting events and road shows
  • Responsible for candidate selection and care
  • Provide management information and analysis on campus hiring activities

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least eight years of recruiting/search experience in fast-paced, dynamic organizations
  • Expertise in recruiting for one or more revenue business within the Banking industry (e.g. Investment Banking, Markets, Investment Management etc.)
  • Proven track record of recruiting end to end for a revenue division
  • Experience in recruiting across multiple jurisdictions in Asia (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; other Asian languages advantageous but not essential
  • Strong client focus, service orientation, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment, and execute without error across a wide range of competing demands
  • Credibility to influence at the highest level within the division and firm
  • People management experience (strongly preferred but not essential)
  • Bachelor’s degree
