Manage key categories within commercial category focusing on 5 key areas
• Performance Management: Develop subcategory strategy, strategize and execute strategy with team members, Monitor key performance indicators
• Assortment Planning & Merchandising: Demand & Supply matching, develop strong seller base, Engage with local communities
• Seller Management: Manage top sellers within the subcategory, ensure top sellers are growing in the same direction of the subcategory, build the new seller
base by working closely with vendor acquisition team in acquiring new sellers, build new/potential sellers to become bigger and stronger within
• Marketing & Onsite management: Develop campaign planning & execution, manage onsite merchandising, deal hunting and review results
• Internal collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams i.e. Traffic, marketing, support category needs and deliver efficiency improvements

Job requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the category management field
• Has a background in Retail (Offline & Online), Sales & Marketing, Research (Nielsen, dunnhumby)
• Excellent analytical, attention to details, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, systematic thinking, cross-functional skills
