Reporting to Head of Lifestyle, you will be responsible to
• Define sales growth strategy in large portfolio of subcategories, vendor acquisition, assortment evolution, promotions and marketing campaign with the support of category manager, Associate Category Manager and merchandiser
• Strengthen partnership with local/international brands, retailers and suppliers to drive business strategy
• Implement regional initiatives and work closely together to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Conduct detail analysis on actionable plans to identify areas of improvement on category performance
• Coach and mentor the team to ensure all KPIs are achieved

Job requirements


Qualifications:
• Very strong Analytical, Communication, Teamwork, Problem Solving and result-oriented
• Experience in Home & Living industry, especially on Media Music & Books and strong relationship with key brands and suppliers related to the industry is a plus
• 5+ year direct experience in sales and marketing or 3+ years in consulting is preferred but not limit to
• Strong people management skills and the ability to manage and persuade at all levels of the company
• Fluent in English and Thai, both written and verbal is a must
