Senior Organizational Change Consultant
Job Description:
As a Full Time Senior Organizational Change Consultant, you create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption, minimize resistance, and meet project objectives. You leverage your experience to strategically apply change management processes and tools to diagnose an organization’s culture, success factors, and barriers to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative; conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders; identify and manage anticipated resistance; and define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress, and provide formal and informal leadership development interventions as a coach to senior leaders and executives to help them fulfill the role of change sponsor; and make recommendations to senior leadership based on experience and research. You also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of leadership as they help their teams through transitions; support the design, development, delivery and management of communications

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Health Care Administration or related field or equivalent, relevant work experience
At least 5 -7 years’ consulting work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3 years’ change management, project management and/or people management experience work experience
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
