Accenture Talent and Organization offers a comprehensive, analytics-based approach to identifying workforce needs in light of business goals, collaborating with clients to dramatically improve performance through integrated talent, HR, and organization change services.
As a Change Management Practitioner, your primary focus will be on implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. You also will be part of the CIO Talent & Organization – Change Management Team offering group servicing Accenture Internal Technology projects.
The Scope of Responsibilities:
Identify audiences impacted by the solution to be implemented and assess change impact for each.
Execute Change Management plan as needed.
Own relationship with SMEs and project team members to gather information for training purposes.
Development of training materials and communication pieces on the Change Management Plan.
Ensure quality and completion of all Change Management deliverable under the scope.
