Job Description

Focus on the delivery of change management for this Oracle HCM and Finance project, ensuring project objectives are met by increasing employee adoption and usage.

The Change Management Lead will focus on the delivery of change management for this Oracle HCM and Finance project, ensuring project objectives are met by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role is part of a cross functional team with a mandate to help employees understand how best to use the new Oracle HCM and Finance system to achieve business outcomes. It includes ensuring all employees, managers and the relevant specialist teams have an awareness and understanding of the Oracle HCM and Finance system and how it can support them to be more effective in their role.

This role will focus on changes to business processes, systems and technology, ensuring people are engaged in the project vision and adopt changes allowing the organisation to maximise its' return on technology investments. The Change Management Lead translates these changes into accessible information for employees and practical tools to facilitate implementation and sustained success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a change management framework that supports business performance and success.
  • Create and manage the input, collation and output of the change management reporting systems for the Oracle project.
  • Support the design and delivery of employee education programs applicable to change management.
  • Coach HR and Finance managers as required to deliver change and engage their teams in change.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Change management certification or extensive relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading the people related aspects of organisation-wide technology based change programs, ideally Human Resources/HCM/ERP projects.
  • Proven track record in facilitating change through the effective use of change management principles, methodologies, tools and their implementation in large complex environments, ideally in the higher education or similar sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (oral, written and presentation) with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision.
  • Proven facilitation, influencing, negotiation, problem solving and strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, quality review, execute and maintain change management deliverables including but not limited to change strategies, communications plans, user guides, and reports.
