How to contribute to our vision

Our Global Service Business Unit is embarking on a digital transformation of its End-to-End Service Delivery model. You will lead the thinking, planning and execution of our organizational and cultural change management activities and enable the digital transformation:

  • Identifying digital adoption and change management challenges across the business system
  • Defining and executing the adoption and change management activities and programs, ranging from individual resistance management to large scale training and capability building activities
  • Working and sparring with business leaders at all levels to enable the organizational and cultural side of the digital transformation
  • Organization and hosting workshops to facility the cultural evolution of our company
  • Working broadly and collaboratively with stakeholders and HR to move the digital transformation forward
  • Building up an implementation, adoption and change management team and muscle to allow the transformation to scale globally

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Economics, Cultural Studies, Information Systems or similar fields
  • The disciplines of organizational dynamics, psychology and change management
  • Excellent communication skill in English and ideally also Spanish/German/Danish in any setting and on any stage
  • Experience with coaching leaders and teams on leading and embracing change
  • Digital technologies and the future of work
  • Organizational transformation and adoption of new technology
  • Experience in defining and planning technology adoption and change management activities
