We're entering an exciting period of growth and we're on the lookout for a standout Partner Success Manager to build and execute our channel partnership strategy. You will drive revenue and build strategic relationships with existing partners and vet new partners for our Hero Network of VARs across Australia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Dynamic Partner Success Leader to help us continue to build and expand our Partner program throughout Australia and inspire our Partners. You will have the opportunity to use your leadership, motivational and strategic business skills to make an impact and help change the way business and organisations manage and reward their people through implementing Employment Hero. Moreover, you will have a blast doing it!

As our Channel Manager, you'll be coordinating sales and services through the indirect sales channel of our Partners and resellers, and representing Employment Hero to the Channel across Australia.

Reporting to the COO, this responsibility will be accomplished by establishing professional working relationships with our sales teams, our Hero Network Partners, Marketing and Support teams and by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of prospects and customers within the Partners’ respective fields of specialty and expertise. In addition you'll be required to


  • Achieve partner-sourced business targets for growing the Partner Channel
  • Establish and implement process, criteria and controls for selection, management and performance of channel partners
  • Define specific partner business plans with individual channel Partner and identify new business opportunities
  • For each of our Hero partners - Devise partner business targets, including creating and monitoring KPI’s for each partner on a regular interval
  • Actively enable and lead partners to sell Employment Hero independently
  • Participate in general product strategy through feedback from our partners
  • Promote the development of new sales opportunities with each partner
  • Participate in general marketing and promotions activities
  • Address wider business and strategic issues with the partners on an as needed basis

Requirements

  • You’re driven by our customer mission and passionate about being part of a tribe of great people. Whatever you love - customer experience, business process, design, technology, data, you’re active in the community that sits around it
  • 10+ years of account management, sales or implementation experience at a software/SaaS company
  • 5+ years of business development, Account management or project management experience in Australia
  • Detail oriented and highly organised, able to juggle many moving parts
  • Cultivate a culture of transparency, communicating effectively across the project and wider team
  • Be a fantastic communicator, and enjoying working with others
  • Enjoy teaching and be able to craft relevant educational materials
  • Be a good public speaker, able to get up in front of a small group and talk engagingly
  • Be open to traveling nationally to client sites and events as needed
  • Have a passion for Employment Hero and helping transition businesses to manage their people needs and reward and recognise employees through our platform
  • Have experience working with software, preferably finance and accounting software
