Job Description

We are currently seeking a Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen team. Reporting to the Head Chef Adam Beckett, you will assist in daily food preparation, taking responsibility for breakfast, lunch and dinner service. 

About You:To be successful in this role it is ESSENTIAL that you have:
  • Car and drivers license (essential to reach our location)
  • 3 years post apprenticeship
  • Experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions kitchen will be highly regarded
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high quality food
  • An understanding of food safety and HACCP principle
  • Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Initiative and be a team player
  • Good personal presentation
  • Self-motivation, can do attitude
