We are seeking a Junior Sushi Chef to join us at Honjo, our award winning Modern Japanese restaurant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi
• Assist the Executive Chefs with creating innovative sushi dishes
• Ensuing all company standards are met during service

Requirements

• Positive attitude with teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility for your role
• Minimum 0-1 years' experience as a Sushi Chef
• Ability to speak English is a must, other languages are advantageous
