We are looking for a talented Sushi Chef to join us at Honjo, our award winning Modern Japanese restaurant!

Responsibilities

• Working on our open sushi bar, helping us on our mission to provide extraordinary and memorable experiences for our guests
• Preparing all types of sushi, maki, nigiri and sashimi
• Assist the Executive Chef with creating innovative sushi dishes
• Ensuring all company standards are met during service

Requirements

• Positive attitude with teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility for your role
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sushi Chef
• Basic English is a must, other languages are advantageous
