The Business Support Center is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add qualified WARRANTY BOOKING CLERK to our team. This position requires an individual who can multi-task daily functions relating to automotive warranty claims review and submissions.

Duties include:
+ Review warranty repair orders to manufacturer warranty guidelines
+ Ensure all documentation on repair order is within manufacturer guidelines prior to closing
+ Assist in maintaining technician flag hours
+ Review and assist in maintenance of warranty g/l accounts.

Requirements (include but are not limited to):
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal)
+ Automotive dealership knowledge a plus
+ Two plus years automotive experience (preferred but not required)
