Job Description

Are you ready to drive exponential growth and foster lasting relationships with our valued clients? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Client Growth Manager to lead our client engagement efforts and unlock new avenues of expansion. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities while ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives.


  • Identify and cultivate growth opportunities within our existing client base. The Senior Client Growth Manager will possess a keen understanding of our Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, coupled with a deep knowledge of our service offerings.
  • Strategically apply our services to effectively meet client KPIs. This involves asking insightful questions, comprehending client needs, and tailoring our products to deliver maximum impact.
  • Equip our sales team with the necessary tools and resources to execute successful UpSell and Cross-Sell initiatives.
  • Monitor opportunities diligently and oversee the implementation of our Growth Framework to drive sustainable results.
  • Develop an intimate familiarity with Epsilon products, identifying both strengths and areas for improvement with precision.


  • A minimum of 4 years' experience working directly with clients and Digital Advertising teams.
  • Proven expertise in business development and opportunity identification. Previous experience in Account Management roles is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills are paramount, given the focus on key brands and regional responsibilities. A thorough understanding of processes is essential for effectiveness.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required, along with proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce proficiency is advantageous).
  • Demonstrated proactivity and analytical prowess are essential attributes. The ideal candidate will proactively seek out opportunities and craft a compelling regional narrative that resonates across all markets.
