Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.

Our Client Communications team is seeking a professional looking to collaborate with global partners to help design infrastructure, workflows and mitigate risks associated with sending confidential, regulatory data while providing a positive client experience.

OUR IMPACT

The Client Communications team is a global team that has an integral role in designing the delivery of strategic solutions that improve client experience. The team partners with PWM Management on a daily basis to develop new solutions to digitize and enhance the PWM internal and external client platform. Additionally, the team is responsible for coordination, oversight and delivery of PWM client communications through Infrastructure the team helps design. The team also partners with other teams in Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to ensure accurate and timely delivery of communications that comply with industry and government rules and regulations.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with PWM Business/Legal/Compliance/Technology and other PWM Operations groups to design, code and deliver PWM client communications
  • Work with PWM Management and Technology counterparts and third party vendors to build and enhance the PWM communication infrastructure and design systematic solutions
  • Leverage business intelligence tools to develop key performance metrics that will help senior management make strategic decisions
  • Define new governance model across the onboarding of new client communications, data source connectivity with communication platform and UAT testing
  • Showcase your attention to detail by ensuring communications are consistently sent completely and accurately
  • Leverage your risk management skills as you identify controls that could be implemented to strengthen new or current processes
  • Collaborate with global team members and leadership to promote a positive and cooperative work environment

BASIC QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and approximately 8-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project, Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Previous experience managing cross functional / regional teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work proactively with all levels including Sales and Clients
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
  • Ability to describe/articulate flows in clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work well with ambiguous tasks/asks, and turn those into requirements by working with stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently and as a self-starter, as appropriate
  • Strong control focus and attention to detail
  • Experience interpreting data models, APIs, and workflows
  • Experience in development cycles (design> dev > testing > migration > maintenance)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn complex concepts and communicate them clearly and concisely
  • Very good communications and interpersonal skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Alteryx Core Certification
  • Software design skills and application of these according to day-to-day realities of the business
  • HTML coding proficiency
  • Effective management and leadership skills (e.g., ability to multi-task, manage high-level stress environment, prioritize/follow-up)
  • Understanding of the securities industry, knowledge of Wealth Management brokerage functions preferred
  • Strong commitment to quality controls and procedures
