Our Client Communications team is seeking a professional looking to collaborate with global partners to help design infrastructure, workflows and mitigate risks associated with sending confidential, regulatory data while providing a positive client experience.
The Client Communications team is a global team that has an integral role in designing the delivery of strategic solutions that improve client experience. The team partners with PWM Management on a daily basis to develop new solutions to digitize and enhance the PWM internal and external client platform. Additionally, the team is responsible for coordination, oversight and delivery of PWM client communications through Infrastructure the team helps design. The team also partners with other teams in Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to ensure accurate and timely delivery of communications that comply with industry and government rules and regulations.
