We are currently recruiting for Client Service Representatives to join our team remotely from anywhere in the province.

The successful applicant will act as the initial contact for client and customer inquiries. A Customer Service Representative is responsible for the intake of new claims, primarily auto and property claims. This includes documenting new claim details on behalf of insurance companies, providing the insured with immediate assistance required at the time of the call, and assigning new claims to the appropriate insurance company.

This is an evening and weekend position. The successful applicant will act as the initial contact for client and customer inquiries. A Customer Service Representative is responsible for the intake of new claims, primarily auto and property claims. This includes documenting new claim details on behalf of insurance companies, providing the insured with immediate assistance required at the time of the call, and assigning new claims to the appropriate insurance company.

The schedule runs from Sunday to Sunday for up to a 37.5 hour work week, and the shifts are between the hours of 2pm-2am.


  • Excellent verbal, written, Intrapersonal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic computer troubleshooting skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, etc), with a willingness to learn new programs/systems
  • Team player with strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent data entry and typing speed with attention to detail and commitment to quality, while having the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • A good understanding of Customer Service and identifying the Customers’ needs. Previous Call Centre experience is an asset and/or related field within the insurance Industry
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
