What You Will Be Doing
+ Manage and develop a team of Client Success Advisor’s through regular one-on-one meetings and coaching sessions
+ Foster career development, conduct performance reviews, and formal improvement plans when required
+ Real time management of value added customer interactions
+ Handle customer escalations from initiation through resolution
+ Drive strategic initiatives for both customers and internally
+ Refine operational metrics and process through continuous improvement methods
+ Deliver monthly and/or quarterly business reviews to the SVP of Client Services, on team performance
+ Partner with U.S. office, traveling to HQ 1-2 times annually to calibrate with leadership team
What You Need for this Position
+ The ideal candidate should possess over all 10 - 12 years of total work experience with minimum 3-5 years of people management experience
+ Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills
+ Customer focused and committed to service excellence; aims to exceed customer expectations
+ Excellent interpersonal skills; strong communicator at all levels
+ Demonstrates skill, knowledge and understanding of company, products, and process
+ Contributes to a climate of innovation and continuous improvement to achieve Cvent’s goals

+ Enthusiastic and engaged leader with the ability to inspire others
+ Ability to track key performance metrics and implement solutions to meet customer needs
+ Experience in B2B account or relationship management
