As a Client Solutions Manager, you will lead the Client Solutions business and Field Service Engineer team in Faridabad, Haryana, India. Here’s the proposed challenge: Manage the client service activities; Solve problems encountered in clients’ relations; Overview the process of part quotations; Deploy and push forward necessary strategies to increase the parts business; Overview the I&C process and ensure good handover to the customer; Overview the after sales service commercial implementation (territories/locations); Establish a true commercial service and parts offer; Overview and monitor the help desk implementation. Are you the one we are looking for? You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration. A Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer is a plus! You have at least 7 years of direct experience in managing client service and team members; You have good knowledge of marketing and sales; You are service-oriented with the ability to handle client’s inquiries; You are a natural leader, which enables you to develop team.
