Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Coordinator to join our agency team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their business goals through our services. You'll act as the primary point of contact, managing 10-15 client accounts and driving their success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Guidance: Guide clients to meet their desired outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on client performance.
• Client Advocacy: Advocate for client needs within the agency.
• Client Satisfaction: Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications:

• Near mastery of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in a client success or account management role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage fast-paced dialogue.
• Strategic mindset with a proactive approach.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver measurable results.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Detailed knowledge of Basecamp (building projects, templates, reviewing assignments).
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics (e.g., email campaign open rates).
• Knowledge of Airtable.
• Familiarity with the Vacation Rental (Airbnb) industry.
