The role    

Our client is  seeking a highly motivated and experienced consultant to support strong growth.  Ideally you will have  5 -1 0  years of climate change experience, specifically related to climate risk coupled with an extensive strategic business and advisory background.   Key accountabilities include:  

  • Managing client relationships and projects  
  • Assisting Principals to i dentify and develop new consulting business opportunities   
  • Provide technical  input to  proposals and projects  
  • Manage teams, budgets and contracts   
  • Interact and build relationships with local and international clients  
  • Contribute to  the development of thought leadership, services, products, marketing materials and offerings

About you    

You  are known for  producing high quality work whilst thriving in a collegial and relaxed working environment.   You r   strong  interpersonal  skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients and  colleagues  alike. In  addition,  you  will ideally have :  

  • 5 years of r elevant work experience , ideally  in corporate consulting with specific experience in climate risk (TCFD, physical, transitional risks), mitigation and adaptation, climate change strategy, target setting (SBTs) and GHG accounting  
  • T echnical project  management  skills  
  • Industry-relevant connections, with a network of potential  c ollaborators or other relevant stakeholders  
  • Strong verbal and written  communication skills
