Early Autism Services (EAS) is an international provider of home-based applied behaviour analytic (ABA) therapy with ten years of experience implementing high-quality programming.

We are currently hiring seasoned Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA's) to operate in the capacity of Clinical Directors with our Australia team. Ideal candidates would be motivated in establishing and conducting services in their area while working closely with the Chief Clinical Director.

The duties of a Clinical Director position include:

  • Establishing and maintaining local clinical processes for delivering ABA-based services to children with developmental disabilities
  • Analyzing and optimizing branch-wide treatment outcomes
  • Developing programming and treatment interventions which cater to the specific needs of local clients and their community
  • Working with administration to develop, achieve, and maintain quarterly growth and financial targets.
  • Providing supervision and training for staff members at all levels (graduate students, consultants, therapists, etc)
  • Conducting training with parents and other community members as needed
  • Navigating local community resources (namely, the NDIS) to assist with securing/maintaining funding for clients
  • Identifying and pursuing outreach activities with local ABA organizations, providers, and other community members
  • Attending bi-weekly team meetings with family members and therapists
  • Updating client goals and treatment plans
  • Conducting initial assessments for new clients
  • Providing some direct (1:1) service to young children with autism

Requirements

  • An active BCBA certificate and cleared Police and Working with Children Checks (or the ability to do so)
  • The right to work full-time in Australia (visa sponsorship available)
  • At least three years' experience as a behaviour analyst
  • Experience training and supervising treatment teams
  • A skillset which includes creating client-specific programming, evaluating peer-reviewed research, and conducting assessments (such as the VB-MAPP or ABLLS) according to the principles of ABA.
  • Ability to obtain reliable transportation and a driver's license (frequent travel required)

Pay: 90,000-110,000 AUD annually (depending on experience) plus relocation allowance (where applicable)
