Support clients using technology in the comfort of their own home
We are currently seeking 2 Clinical Nurse’s for our team to utilise their clinical skills and support our clients and staff. Both positions are office-based role:
The first position is fixed term and is a 72-hour fortnight, with shifts rostered over 7 days, between the hours of 7am and 11pm. Overnight on-call work is also available to the successful candidate, on a voluntary basis.
The second position is an ongoing permanent part time role at 0.8 FTE
Your varied day will involve provision of high-quality nursing assessment services, including assessing referrals, allocating funding and assisting in planning safe care. Use of webcam, telephone and other technology supports clients in their own homes.
Utilise your leadership experience to provide clinical support across the nursing service.
This role progresses clinical governance and clinical practice across the organisation with responsibility for strategic clinical leadership and Clinical Governance advice across SA operations.

Current registration with AHPRA and a minimum 4 years post-graduate clinical experience
Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with a friendly and empathetic approach
Computer literacy, including Comcare, Microsoft Office suite and Portals
Ability to respond to dynamic clinical management situations
Advanced problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Knowledge of telephone health advice, complex client management, funding programs, community services
