Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report to the IT Security Manager. He/ She will be responsible in full spectrum of cyber security function in accordance with the established policies, guidelines and process. He/ She will also assist in advisory to project teams on emerging security requirements and potential security risk, work with internal parties and vendors to conduct system penetration test and vulnerability test and conduct regular review on IT Security or infrastructure, access control and applications. Other duties include conducting security incident handling, investigation and reporting, as well as providing IT compliance advice.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in computer science or IT related fields
  • Minimun 4 years of IT security & risk management experience
  • Holder of CISA/CISSP/CISM is preferred
  • A self-starter and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese, English and Putonghua

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of shopping malls and retail properties.  He/ She will handle a full spectrum of quality leasing services including new letting, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration.  Further duties include managing day-to-day business operations and strategic planning of trade-mix, co-ordination of takeover and handover of premises, management of fitting-out works and renovation works, co-ordination with related parties on property management and ad hoc duties. The incumbent will also explore new clients through business connections and marketing events.

Requirements

  • University degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leasing, marketing, liaison with tenants and prospects as well as tenancy administration
  • Good understanding of retail leasing practice such as trade-mix and mall positioning with adequate retail-market sense
  • Proactive, customer oriented and good networking with retailers and the market
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Good computer skills

  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements
