- Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank – whether through walk-in, data-mining, referrals and others.
- Responsible to lead a team of 5 and more Relationship Managers in Bancassurance Channel.
- Ensuring achieving of team targets.
- Guide the sales team members in prospecting new customers.
- Carry out various marketing activities to generate leads and sales prospects.
- Ensure achievement of the targets by providing support / training to the partners and serve customers by driving activities through the assigned channel partner
- Train the Banking partner SPOC on FG products.
- Relationship Management with the partners and push them for Future Generali Life Insurance Sales.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with the partners to maximize ROI.
- Engage with employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any).
- Ensure that all service requirements are met and customers are satisfied.
