In direct contact with the Country Manager, you ensure:
• Management and monitoring of national and regional customer files
• the administrative interface between customers, and head office and field sales teams
Your missions are varied:
• Administrative management and statistics of Mass Market Retailers: Monitoring and updating of dashboards, Monitoring of customer accounts (opening accounts, promotion support, technical files, ..)
• Annual promotional plan,
• Interface between the head office and the sales force: development of sales support, relationship with external partners (agencies, etc.)
• Interface between the head office in Paris and HG International (trade-marketing, marketing, ..)
