What are my responsibilities?
In
biding period, responsible for distribution transformer (DT) commercial control
in Bid Release Process, offer order process, and for commercial contract
negotiation and settlement.
In
project period, responsible for commercial project management (CPM) including commercial risk management in
project, project cost analysis, project account receivable (AR) recycling and
input & maintenance of related database.
- Get background and necessary key data of
projects based on close communication with Sales, and internal PM team. Master
documentation for Bid Release process and get the approval on schedule to
support PM for on time quotation
- Perform DT commercial control in offer and
bidding time period based on company commercial principle and DT offering and
biding management process
- Lead commercial contract/frame contract
settlement process, and join the negotiation of commercial contract to get the
contract signing on schedule with proper T&C available for the project, and
with the best profit considered for the company
- Perform Commercial Project Management (CPM)
Based on commercial guideline and project management process and method,
perform commercial risk control and cost analysis in project. Responsible for
commercial communication with Customer and HQ and project related parties, and
necessary document preparation and management
- Responsible for cost analysis in different
period in project, compare deviation of actual cost with offer calculation, and
get timely information input to project team. Estimate project performance from
commercial side, summarize lessons learnt actively. Follow up actions closely,
and make continuously evaluation
- Responsible for DT product AR recycling, and
manage AR recycling data with analysis. Make customer evaluation from beginning
of the project, define AR recycling solution, and coordinate related parties,
to achieve AR recycling as planned
- Improve and update related work process and work
instruction based on company related regulations and functional experience to
ensure the work efficiency. Build up and improve the work related database, and
provide commercial data report correctly and timely
- Settle self-development plan, use available
resources at company/department to study and understand deeper in the business.
Make regular communication with the line manager, and make the best effort to
be the special list in the working field
- Fulfill the work allocation arranged by the line
manager
How
do I need to qualify for this job:
- Bachelor degree and above
- 3-5 years working experience , CPM, Controlling,
transformer technical background is preferred
- Experience
in Sales model /Finance Model in SAP is preferred
- PRC
GAAP, US GAAP and difference between them, finance & accounting
management knowledge
- Advanced knowledge in contract, tax, labor law
and contact negotiation techniques
- Apply business negotiation skill to win business
in a short, middle, and long term
- Continuous learning to meet the needs of
business development and individual development
- Communicate with others by means of face to face
communication and virtual communication; Communication skills involve many
aspects such as logical thinking, language, active listening, valuing feedback
and emotional control
