Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management/Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Production or equivalent. Background in GMP, Food Safety and HACCP Preferably have background in Food Manufacturing industry Knowledgeable in Production and Inventory Planning and Control, Forecasting, Logistics and Purchasing Control food cost by minimizing spoilage, utilize food surplus and portion control and FIFO. Experienced in handling production seminars, product engineering/research & dev't, and equipment planning With proven leadership and managerial skills.
