The Senior Brand Engagement & Communications Manager will be based in Fremont, CA. Onboarding will be virtual for the time being with occasional socially distanced meetings at CA HQ. In this position, you will report to the VP of Global Marketing, working in concert with our growing global marketing team. NEXTracker seeks a creative and experienced Devops Engineer for a new position on the engineering & R&D team. This is an exciting to opportunity to join a growing team leading the design and development of NEXTracker's horizontal tracking systems.

Here is a glimpse of what you will do

The Commissioning SERVICE team’s goal is to facilitate a positive customer experience with NEXTracker after the sale. The Commissioning Technician ensures that NEXTracker’s product and continuing support exceeds customer expectations and is of the highest quality possible, developing customer loyalty by optimizing the product to the customer’s needs and providing great technical support services.

This position includes 3 main responsibilities: test and commissioning of on-site customer systems per the arranged schedule with the client, expertise in our technology and system configurations, management of local customer interphase for testing and corrective services.

  • Test and commission NEXTracker tracker installations and provide training to onsite NEXTracker employees and partner companies
  • Provide tracker controller expertise, supporting controller commissioning process and on-going maintenance
  • Provide technical support for NEXTracker customers, ensuring a best in class customer experience and providing product and systems expertise to maximize customer value
  • Manage controller commissioning process for customer acceptance of NEXTracker tracker installations for placement of warranty
  • Play a key role in third party qualification for O&M providers
  • Support product development, sales, and marketing as requested
  • Work closely with Remote Monitoring Team providing in the field repairs and documenting all issues
  • Assist as required in field testing of prototype and beta product lines
  • Support in the development of controller technical documentation for Commissioning and O&M, including revision control
  • Be an internal customer advocate within NEXTracker

Here is some of what you will need (required)

  • BE graduate with 3-5 years of experience in preferred.
  • Should have strong experience in customer interaction.
