Job Responsibilities

  • Implementing global communications strategy and processes locally
  • Executing effective project management for various communications projects 
  • Developing and writing content for country’s internal and external communications with all stakeholders (i.e. management, employees, clients, cus mers)
  • Developing, coordinating, measuring and reporting on all country-level marketing and communications materials and activities as well as advising on local Business Unit materials and activities (including advertisements, newsletters, articles, brochures, website presence, trade fairs, events, sponsorships, etc.)
  • Supporting local Business Units in building and maintaining relationships with clients and cus mers 
  • Aligning all company communications comply with corporate guidelines and policies
  • Managing the local communications and marketing budget Branding
  • Strengthening and implementing the DKSH brand internally and externally on a local level
  • Consulting and advising local Business Units, functions, business entities and branches on all branding related matters
  • Training employees better understand the DKSH brand, guidelines, communications ols and corporate identity
  • Equipping employees with knowledge independently use brand-related solutions e.g. Picturepark and Office@Work 
  • Managing the local order, receipt and distribution of all branding materials (publications, DKSH wear and gifts, etc.)
  • Managing brand collateral inven ry Digital communications
  • Overall accountability for the management and updates of DKSH local websites
  • Implementing and assisting in online marketing campaigns rolled out by Corporate Communications on country level
  • Assisting Corporate Communications in obtaining local data collection for online initiatives and testing of new online solution ols
  • Create and analyze monthly analytics reports on website find ways enhance visibility 
  • Advising Business Units on social media and website activities, e.g. microsites
  • Acting as the site cus dian for DKSH’s internal collaboration and communication ol: Fantree Portal, based on SharePoint Media and Inves r Relations 
  • Implementing global media strategy and processes locally
  • Moni ring the mention of DKSH in all print and electronic media
  • Coordinating and writing press releases 
  • Organizing media activities on local level (interviews, press conferences, etc.) 
  • Establishing and building relationships with key local media• Acting as the principal local media contact point for DKSH
  • Support business entities with the production of inves r material, including quarterly and annual reports Incident and Crisis Communication
  • Supporting local incident and crisis communications 
  • Moni ring any incident and crisis responses and reactions across all target audiences
  • Keeping local management up- -date on case details, processes and response mechanisms

Job Requirements
